The location was prime and the service excellent. All around it was a great experience, and I will be using the facility again for my future stays in Madison.
Disliked: Multiple rooms with barking dogs on the floor I stayed on.

We didn't spend much time at the hotel. We literally just used it for a place to sleep. It was pretty clean and breakfast was decent. I did love the evening snack idea even though we didn't have time to enjoy it.
Liked: Located close to the places we wanted to go without paying too much for an Uber.
Disliked: None.

Bad
Liked: I did not like due to remodeling. Was not informed ahead of time. When I arrived was offered accommodations at the neighboring Sheraton.
Disliked: I was charged for both hotels and have not been refunded

A disappointing waste of time...
Liked: It was a decent location. Bathroom was big. Water was hot.
Disliked: We were not informed upon booking that the hotel was undergoing a major reconstruction project, leaving only a handful of open rooms. We were only notified of this upon checking in. The parking lot was hard to navigate, as it was full of construction equipment and workers. There was only one entrance in and out of the hotel, and that was strewn with trash, stray tools, and other hazards. Construction workers were smoking immediately outside the only entrance, which meant our guest room smelled of cigarette smoke. Our room deadbolt did not lock, and when we asked the front desk for assistance, we were told maintenance would be called, and they never showed up, so we had to barricade our door with chairs and suitcases. We were also told all of the amenities included in the price of our stay wouldn’t be available due to the construction, but we could use those at the sister hotel next door…for a fee. We chose this hotel due to great reviews online and due to it being pet-friendly, as we travel with our dog. We were told upon booking that someone would reach out to coordinate accommodations for our dog, and despite us reaching out twice, no one responded. We booked a king bed suite and were given a double queen room, which isn’t that big of a concern, but one of the beds had dirt and hair all over inside the sheets, so we had even less space.

Hotel under construction, no pool...
Liked: The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: Hotel under construction, not mentioned on the website. Temporary main entrance, hallways smelled like chemicals "glue and paint", no pool or hot tub available due to construction. Breakfast, cereal with no milk available muffins and small dried out hard oranges. One bonus, they did offer Diet Pepsi for breakfast (would prefer Diet Coke)

There's construction for a complete...
Liked: Location is great. Large mini fridge that had a decent size separate freezer. Very hot water. Because of the construction you had access to the Sheraton's hot tub, pool and fitness center but due to the winter storm I did not want to walk over there.
Disliked: I didn't realize the place is under construction (January 2024) and did not have a main lobby, pool, hot tub, fitness center, vending machine or hot breakfast as advertised (there were grab n go options). The beds squeaked, but I'm sure once the remodel is finished they will update those. The room was right next to the makeshift lounge for breakfast( 2 rooms turned into a breakfast area) and it was very loud when someone was in there. Obviously I could hear everything in the hallway as well. Construction was supposed to start at 8am, but it was 7am one day, which didn't bug me much as I was already up luckily.
