Everything was great from the time I checked in until I checked out. All of my needs were met. The room was clean to my satisfaction and the amenities were great. I would definitely utilize this hotel again when I am in Columbus.

Stayed here for a visit to OSU for 2 nights. Overall, just an average property - guess I expected a little more. Basic room - was clean and everything in working order in the room. Disappointed there was not a fridge in the room - that would be a nice addition. Pool is very small, one of the smallest I have seen in a hotel of this type. Hot tub not working during my stay. Breakfast offerings are adequate, but I felt it was not as good as what I might find elsewhere. Might not stay here again if I find something else in the same price range.

Liked: The location is perfect about 1.7 miles to the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center if you have an appointment there. The complimentary breakfast was definitely a bonus.
Disliked: I felt housekeeping was rushing me to checkout

Liked: The shuttle driver Rasheed was the best employee there. He was so knowledgeable and my daughter was happy about insomnia cookie he told us about.
Disliked: The pool. It was small but on Sunday it had a flim over top it just didn't seem very clean
