Liked: The breakfast was cold and the sausage was not all the way cook
Disliked: They need to have someone at the front desk at all times I went downstairs twice and waited 20 min before someone came to the desk.

Liked: The ease of check in.
Disliked: The lack of response from the front desk. No answer of my phone call on 3 occasions and the one time it was answered, the person who answered had no clue about how to operate the TV. Only two coffee pods and one creamer packet. The eggs tasted like powdered ones and no bacon but sausage only. Oatmeal was watery and the TV had Mad Max on - not recommended for people going out driving for the next 5 or plus hours. Staff was friendly but lacking in knowledge of the working of the facility. Poorly managed regarding training and supervision.

Disliked: The thermostat wasn't working. Called front desk. They brought batteries but we had to change them out. No big deal.
