Our stay was very pleasant...

Liked: Close to the venue for the concert we were there to attend.
Disliked: No coffee was available at breakfast.

Liked: It was okay
Disliked: Most of the cleaning staff didn't understand English and was hard to communicate. They never cleaned my room or changed bedding even after requesting the room services from the manager on duty and supervisor. Came back to the room 11pm and nothing was done and I had infant and toddler with me.

Nice!

Liked: Loved the room, it was super big and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing with a nice shower and nice lighting
Disliked: The bed was hard, gave me back pain

Worst experience ever!

Liked: Nice clean room.
Disliked: The customer service desk woman charged us twice for the same room and was the rudest person we’ve ever dealt with. She should be fired! It took phoning the company manager to get a hold of the owner who would not refund us our money back. After contacting the Better Business Bureau we were finally able to recoup our funds. What a scam! Worst experience ever. Never again!!!
