Short and sweet

Liked: The location was good just off the highway. The inside of the hotel was very clean and appealing. The staff was very accommodating and extra helpful.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't like about our stay at this hotel was the bed, it was very uncomfortable.

Should refund part of the...

Liked: Nice property
Disliked: They put us in room 412 which was on the side by the highway. So loud. Sounded like the windows were open all night. THEY NEED TO REPLACE THEIR WINDOWS DUE TO TGE ROAD NOISE. PLUS, the garbage truck woke us up at 6:30 to empty the trash dumpsters.

Suited our needs for the...

Liked: Staff friendly and breakfast good!
Disliked: If I had to choose, our room had a peculiar stench. Almost like old pee… not sure what that was about. though the hotel was pretty clean overall. Just probably a well used hotel that may need a few future renovations to give 5starts in my opinion.

We were disappointed with our...

Disliked: The facility was very dirty. In addition to this, no one came to turn down the room, give new towels, etc throughout the length of the stay.
