We used to own a Marriott time share so we knew it would be quality!

Liked: Everything a "AAA''.

Bad

Disliked: Got booked for two rooms when I was told they only had one available when we got there. I’ve been a long member of Marriott and have not had an incident like this before. Called and talked with bookkeeping and they would not refund the charge. Went to my creditcard company for them to take care of the charge. I will be staying at the Hampton Inns from now on!!! Poor Customer Service from this group👎
