Coulda been over before it...

Liked: Breakfast had a huge selection of items, kitchen staff was amazing. Pool and hot tub was decent, pool coulda been warmer but hot tub was amazing. My kids enjoyed the pool a lot.
Disliked: My room was dirty, I had my 2 children with who were suppose to sleep on the couch pull out bed and when I removed the cushions I was horrified. There was dirty sheets on it, sunflower seeds all over the bed and floor underneath, dirty paper towels. It was absolutely disgusting. I told my children’s father and when he spoke to the girl at the front desk she told him because I booked thru a 3rd party there was nothing she could do. Since when does the way I booked have anything to do with the cleanliness of their rooms. When he told me this it didn’t sit well with me and if it wasn’t already how late or if my children weren’t with I woulda demanded a refund and left but my kids and I just wanted to sleep so I called down to the front desk and she tried to tell me the same thing as my kids father but I wasn’t ok with that answer. Then she asked if I wanted new sheets, and I asked if someone was also gonna come and vacuum and clean the mess up which then she finally said she was just gonna see if she could change my room, finally she switched our room. My 2nd room was much cleaner but I wouldn’t stay there ever again.

Liked: Facility was welcoming with fireplace in such a cold climate. Breakfast was ok-good but ladies working the buffet were wonderful, friendly, helpful & attentive.
Disliked: Not always someone at the front desk. MiA most of time. However kudos to that same person she fixed our tv for us ( after a wait for return to desk).

Disliked: The fact that they refused to honor our reservation because we lived to close to tge hotel, ruined our New Year’s Eve
