Great, comfortable hotel close to...

Liked: Large room with closet and drawers for unpacking my clothes. Good sized bathroom with a good shower. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: WiFi was not available for my stay, undergoing repairs. Not a fatal flaw but I needed a workaround for my iPad. Hot water in urn in breakfast area was not hot enough. I had to use coffee maker in room to get water hot enough to make my own coffee (brought my own instant packets of high quality coffee)

Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: The bed was very uncomfortable. But other than that we loved the amenities and services.

Liked: beds very comfortable, clean
Disliked: made reservations for king room with couch bed , but was given two queen room instead. No enough space for us. Big thing was pool water was so cold no one could even get into the pool, which was one of the reasons we booked at this location and paid the price we did and then could not enjoy the pool.

Disliked: The pool isn’t heated! No where does it state that on their website. Very cold in the front lobby area and very limited space to gather with friends .

Hotel in need of repair...

Liked: Nice size room
Disliked: Hotel in need of repair and deep cleaning. Had fans blowing by entrance because of water leak. Room smelled musty. Shower had long black hairs in it and when I wiped them up, the shower floor was filthy. There was a large amount of dirt built up in the corner of the bathroom Floor and bathroom floors were dirty. How could cleaning people miss that? It's a shame because rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable.
