In all, it was a...

Liked: Nice counter space and large shower.
Disliked: Bathroom lighting is not bright enough

Overall very nice hotel.

Liked: The free breakfast was nice. Plenty of options. And the man working there helped my husband with sugar free options.
Disliked: If anything. The beds are a little too firm for me.

Frustrating

Liked: Location to West Monroe is great. The area is safe and right off the highway.
Disliked: Check in was at 3 and they didn’t have us a room until almost 6. Then we get in the room and the bathroom is nasty the toilet hasn’t been cleaned an had hairs all over it.

Fairfield Inn & Suites is...

Liked: Great location with easy access to I-20. Room was spacious, comfortable bed and bathroom well equipped.
Disliked: Breakfast was definitely low standard. The biscuits were dry, sausage was too hard to eat and orange juice tasted watery. Very disappointing.
