It's not the Hilton Garden...

Liked: Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. "Breakfast" lady accommodated us even though we came down late. Large quiet room. Their gracious and smiling staff raised the rating of our experience at Fairfield.
Disliked: At check-in we were asked if we wanted maid service every day of our stay. I answered "absolutely do",. We did not get maid service the next day. Apparently this request was not entered into their computer system. (Their night desk clerk apologized, took away the dirty towels and brought us a stack of new ones that night.) The room needed better dusting and vacuuming as evidenced by my coughing and sneezing only when in the room.

Very good
