Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly. We checked out late and valet staff were very efficient and had no problems getting our vehicle.
Disliked: No room service menu in the room; when called front desk was told to come down to get one; when went down they told my daughter they would bring one to the room - we never received one. We had to look the menu on line before placing an order.

Room was clean and inviting.

Liked: Staff made us feel very welcomed and were quick to answer any questions we had during our stay.

Liked: Staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Lots of noise (kids traveling in groups, I guess)pot smoking (staff was on this very quickly) and other problems you see with high school kids traveling in groups to DC. Location also leaves a lot to be desired: walking down the street was, ah, interesting to say the least. Cab driver dropped me off at the hotel at 10 pm at night and was afraid to get out of the car at that time of night.

Disliked: Floors seemed water damaged. ROM was musty and for what I paid for that room I expected it to be way nicer!!!
