Liked: Breakfast sitting area was nice.
Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing. Not much of a choice if you don't like eggs. Kids like waffles. With over an hour of time left for breakfast very little hot items. Someone had to ask if they were going to refill the pans. Stayed at a different hotel chain the night before. It was nicer, cleaner, excellent breakfast and $25 cheaper. We were very disappointed. Hallways and elevators needed a thorough vacuuming. Not what we expected from your hotel chain. You are usually our go to.

A Good Experience

Liked: The staff was nice and accommodating. The welcome bags were an added plus. The best part of my stay was Alan at the front desk! Super nice young man that set the tone for our stay. When we had a question or concern, he was on it!

Liked: I like that it a convenient location where the event we have to attend to is 8 minutes away.
Disliked: The room was kinda compact, compared to to Fairfield that I stayed with. The bed is ok but seems kinda old and squeaks a lot when you move while lying on the bed.
