Disappointing due to pool

Liked: Rooms were nice
Disliked: We needed an indoor pool for little kids to enjoy and it was ice cold! Why isn’t it heated?

Hot and humid

Disliked: AC was not working properly making the room so humid. It was so humid that all of our clothes felt wet and any hard surfaces had to be wiped down periodically.

We'd stay here again!

Liked: Great breakfast & comfy beds & spacious room
Disliked: Both front desk females checking in and out had little to no personality...weren't rude or anything we're just used to front desk people being more welcoming at hotels.

I could’ve at least got...

Disliked: The tv would work, the lady came & fixed it and it went back to just talking no picture. The water never got hot at all
