Your staff are great especially...

Liked: Breakfast was great!
Disliked: It was unfortunate that the waterslide was closed but completely understood as it was -15 outside.

Good family hotel with waterslide...

Liked: The waterslide & pool were awesome & good value. Good staff & breakfast.
Disliked: The property charged an extra adult fee on the booking (after we left) when we only had 2 adults/1 child & id already booked and paid for 3 people.

Liked: The bed was most comfortable . The barroom fan had such filth and dust it looked like it had never been cleaned in a very long time. In fact dust was falling down in clumps when the fan was was trying to work..
Disliked: More cleaning done in the bathroom ( fan). Other wise more pool hours at night . However the rest was average. The first check in te front desk said no hot tub when in there was by the pool but 10pm close way to early in the night!
