Liked: The hotel seemed clean and the hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was decent, we have had better at other hotels, but have also had far worse!
Disliked: The pool and Hot tub were closed we were not told ahead of time and when we arrived on site the hotel made no effort to compensate for the closures instead they only offered to cancel our stay at 8pm on a busy weekend night. We had very noisy guest in the room next to us. The bathtubs were very slick and dangerous even for younger people. Beds were not overly comfortable, and the rooms are very small compared to other hotel chains we have stayed at. Hotel used covid as a excuse for the hot tub being closed even though this is 2024.
