I would NEVER use BOOKING.COM...

Liked: Desk clerk was friendly
Disliked: During recovery from a hurricane that hit the area, desperate people were looking for a room to stay in. I decided at 10:30am,to give my room up for someone who needed it more by canceling my reservation in person. I drove all night to make it home. I was told no cancel charge yet days later Fairfield and Booking.com charged me anyway. While helping victims of a hurricane Fairfield and Booking.com couldn’t care less, stating policies over humanity.

Clean lobby but dirty room

Liked: Staff was nice. Lobby was clean. Breakfast area was attended well
Disliked: Ceiling in room was falling apart in some areas. Housekeeping of the room was very bad. In room AC was extremely loud. Shower head was coming off wall
