Comfortable stay overall. Happy with...

Liked: Booked it because of the location. We were having a family reunion around the Tustin area so we booked near the location. Although it wasn’t specified in the booking that there was free breakfast, breakfast was complimentary for check in guests which is a big plus.
Disliked: The rooms are not cleaned regularly. We found a long hair on the corner of the bedsheet near the headboard on the day we checked in. Towels are changed every 3 days unless requested. Housekeeping doesn’t check if there is enough supply of shampoo, body wash etc as the shampoo and body wash in our room had almost ran out on the 3rd day (we stayed there for a total of 6 days 5 nights). I had to borrow shampoo from the other room (as we booked 2 rooms) when we ran out of shampoo on the last day of our stay. Housekeeping doesn’t always pickup so have to call front desk instead.
