Not a pleasant experience

Liked: Ok
Disliked: The toilet would not flush. The staff was notified. I should have been moved to a different room. Had to use the lobby washroom.arrow Trudeau was my contact person..looking for a full refund. Made a very horrible trip

Liked: Above all else, the BEST continental breakfast I've experienced in a long time. Additionally incredibly comfortable beds! Clean rooms, pool/hottub was a good size and clean

Comfortable and easy.

Liked: Staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable and 3 choices of pillows. Good rate for Traverse City. Free breakfast.
