Very great affordable clean fun...

Liked: Staff were so accommodating. Our rooms as not near our friends room as requested at booking. The staff immediately accommodated us and changed the rooms to next door ! Breakfast was great!

Disliked: House keeping, customer service.

Everything but the hunt for...

Disliked: Not enough available parking for the rooms that are rented out.

Overbooked, no rooms available despite...

Liked: Hotel was overbooked. Confirmed booking.com reservation was not honoured. Nothing to like except the sofa I was able to regroup on and call other hotels to (unsuccessfully) try to find a room, and eventually to call relatives 40 km away at32:00 a.m. to ask if I could stay with them.
Disliked: Nothing went well. I arrived after 2:30 a.m. from Pearson Airport (which was in chaos due to the Delta Airlines accident) by Uber only to find that I was one of several people at the reception desk who had confirmed reserved rooms via Booking.com only to find that there were no rooms available at the hotel! As there was no vacancy in any nearby hotels (after I phoned them all), I took another Uber to stay with in-laws in downtown Toronto, arriving at 3:30 a.m. Was this Booking.com's or Fairfield Inn's fault?

Liked: The selection was average. The waffle maker was appreciated
Disliked: The selection of fresh fruit was just bananas

Bad beds and pillows

Liked: Bed was so soft and we need hard beb plus the pillow was smelly
Disliked: Staff was so good no question place was really good not too far from airport
