Liked: Smelt clean. Rooms were clean and tidy.
Disliked: Breakfast was at 7am instead of earlier. So we didn’t get a chance to even have breakfast during our stay which was a big reason we booked here.

Amenities never work anymore

Liked: Clean, courtious staff, the night desk person was especially helpful!
Disliked: The ONLY reason i booked here was for the hot tub, and water slide. COVID IS OVER!! hotel chains need to up thier game, hot tub worked maginal at best, and the water slide was CLOSED!! Would have booked elsewhere for $129 a night, not the $179 a night charged for the amenities THAT DO NOT WORK. Anyone here who books with toung children will be severly disappointed. I recomend CALLING individual places, to make sure the amenities offered... are indeed operational. Seems the hotel chains forgot the price reflects the ammenities.. othwrwise a clean bed is just that.. a clean bed. Drop your rates, or fix your stuff! Totally pissed.
