Liked: They ended up moving us to a different hotel, I was unsure about the email (seemed like a scam), but after a quick phone call it was all cleared up. All original costs remained the same and there was no extra charges. I’ve never experienced a situation like this before, but the hotel was understanding and helpful for clearing things up.

Disliked: Like many others, I received an email a few days before arriving telling me I was sent to the Crowne Plaza due to “unforeseen” events.I however noticed 30 minutes after receiving the email that several rooms similar to the one I had booked at Fairfield were still available on booking and the hotel website, and that the price was now 60$ higher. Also the value of the room I got at the Crowne was about 100$ cheaper than the one I booked at the Fairfield (I looked on their website).Still waiting to see if I’ll get some of my money back and I’m baffled something like this happens with the Marriott brand. I have proof of everything and plan on contacting all the appropriate persons with this

Disliked: Fairfield Inn took it upon themselves to send us to a different hotel, without any consultation whatsoever. This is unacceptable. After looking at several other reviews I found out that diverting people to other hotels seems to be common practice for this hotel.

Disliked: I had booked a room in early July for our visit at the end of September. However, just days before our stay we got an email saying our booking had been moved to another hotel 3km away. Therefore, I cannot rate this hotel as we never got to stay in it.

Liked: I liked nothing about your hotel, as days after accepting our booking you emailed us just before we got on our plane to tell us you couldn’t accommodate us and had booked us into a hotel that was farther from the airport and not of the same standard you advertised. The breakfast there was crap - inedible. The email did not offer a lower cost - had to formally request it.

Disliked: They changed us last min to another hotel for both of our stays. Maybe you shouldnt have this hotel listed on your site.
