Liked: I didn’t stay there because it was completely under construction and I want my money refunded. Your taking my money and it was completely under construction is almost a crime and I want someone to talk to me and tell me why I shouldn’t report this to the authorities!!!!!

Disliked: The property was completely shut down for renovations! Will never use booking.com again! Even got an email confirmation for the booking a few days in advance! Way to go booking.com!

Do not trust Booking.com

Liked: We drove out of town and when we got to the hotel it was border up. Booking.com did not tell us they had a fire a 4 months prior. There were no hotels because everyone had traveled for the solar eclipse. We had to turn around and drive home.
Disliked: We could have been told the property was closed.
