Disliked: Rude!!!!! It has been 4 days and they still have not got back with me for being double charged

Disliked: The floor of the shower was very slippery, I was afraid of falling. The breakfast didn't offer much , a nice selection of yogurt and more of adult cereal offered would help

Liked: Nice location. The breakfast was good. Having non-pork meat options for breakfast would take it up a notch.
Disliked: I didn't like how no manager was there on the weekend. My mother fell and hurt herself due to a broken chair and the issue was not addressed. Someone contacted me via email but nothing was offered. No one called to check on my mother, or even offer to comp a room. Also the the toilets didn't flush fully thus requiring multiple attempts.

Liked: The breakfast was great. The location is good for any travelers looking for a last-minute stay. The room had great amenities and the beds were comfortable
Disliked: During the stay, there was no working ice machine available. One of the curtains was ripped. There are not many outlets

Disliked: There was not enough light, anywhere in the room, to get ready ie: put on makeup or do hair
