Disappointing

Disliked: They charged extra money to my credit card an even the girl at the front desk couldn’t tell me why!! Im gonna dispute the charge!!!

Disliked: the last two times we have stayed there the room had only 2 paper coffee cups and no plastic glasses for water. otherwise, the rooms are always comfortable
