Liked: It was clean, the staff pleasant, the bed and pillows very uncomfortable.

Disliked: They charged me for an extra room when I had already reserved and paid for it thru Booking.com and didn't return the room charge to me.

Liked: Stayed many times here. It was always a great stay but not this time. All was okay but seemed busier and a different clientelle. People smoking outside our window, making noise and taking taxis at 4am. Not what it used to be. MOVE THE BENCH AT THE FRONT DOOR AWAY FROM THE BUILDING AND ROOMS. SOUND TRAVELS. Probably wont go back as paying good money to be woke up each night doesn't make sense. Thought smoking bylaw requires you to be 20ft from entrance....

Disliked: We got locked out of our room, and it took 3 attempts by the staff to get us back in and my wife was not feeling well, so it was very upsetting.
