Convenient to downtown St. Pete. Clean rooms, excellent staff!

My day was good but...

Liked: Property is nice and clean. Staff are friendly and greet you when you arrive and depart.
Disliked: The property itself is fine. The housekeeping staff could learn some customer service skills. They just walked in your room. I informed one of them that she shouldn’t just walk in customers rooms. She made a comment, “black people”. Who says things like this?? I called you the front desk and had me tell the short to the GM. I don’t feel like she took my complaint seriously. Then, she told me, didn’t she apologize? First of all, she didn’t, but that still doesn’t approve her behavior! Smh

Disliked: Needs more parking spaces. Pillows are poor Walmart quality

Over all a pleasant stay.

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The mattresses were just right. Front desk / staff were friendly and courteous.
Disliked: The signage for entry location. The pillows felt like those chunks of foam, but bed was fine.

Excellent location, friendly staff and...

Liked: Melissa the receptionist on our arrival and departure was excellent, helped us check in a bit early and made us feel welcome and safe, and always smiling and friendly. Thank you! Also lady on last night extended our check out time a little which was helpful for our packing.
Disliked: Cleaning was ok but no vacuuming of the room and some things like toilet paper not always replaced. The place in general however felt clean, we got someone who was trying to hurry through we felt.
