Second visit to well located...

Liked: The first room we were allocated was next to a noisy ice machine the guy at reception swapped the room out it did also smell a little musty
Disliked: overall it a good stop for travellers friendly helpful staff the build is being renovated but with all American hotles they are dated but clean well located and breakfast fine

Liked: Nice hotel in a great location to support local businesses and get to the regional airport.
Disliked: Pillows which stay cooler, but it is not a deal breaker. I'll stay here again.

Liked: Great staff very welcoming we could have done with more milk in the room, I came down at 4am the night manager was extremely helpful having made fresh coffee we used the hotel as a stop over landing for the UK
Disliked: It was fine some construction going on but well priced and clean

Liked: Rome was clean and spacious.Breakfast was fresh and had many choices
Disliked: We booked a king room but were told upon arrival the hotel had overbooked king rooms and the best they could do was a room with two double beds. Only offered a small discount for the change after much discussion. Elevator worked sporadically and needed to be rebooted several times.
