Liked: Great staff very welcoming we could have done with more milk in the room, I came down at 4am the night manager was extremely helpful having made fresh coffee we used the hotel as a stop over landing for the UK
Disliked: It was fine some construction going on but well priced and clean

Liked: Rome was clean and spacious.Breakfast was fresh and had many choices
Disliked: We booked a king room but were told upon arrival the hotel had overbooked king rooms and the best they could do was a room with two double beds. Only offered a small discount for the change after much discussion. Elevator worked sporadically and needed to be rebooted several times.

Liked: The hotel honored an early accommodation of Check in.
Disliked: The entire hotel smelled like mildew and mold. The bed had an extreme bumpy mattress with a huge dip on the left side of the bed. I left the hotel and discovered I have welts, red marks, and have been itching, possible bed bug biting. The pool area has overgrown grass, and jacuzzi was filled in with weeds and grass. Outside of building, it looks like it needs an extremely face lift and painting, not attractive.

Liked: I paid for a room, then the hotel called me and canceled my reservation due to hurricane helana the hotel closed and I was still charged for the room I'm so upset
Disliked: I paid for my room, Hotel was shut down due to hurricane and I was still charged for my room can't get anybody on the telephone can't get a refund I will never use booking.com again
