Liked: Location is perfect for where I was traveling to (KC).

Poor communication. Poor management.

Liked: The property promptly accommodated a second reservation upon my arrival, despite my initial reservation not showing up in their system.
Disliked: I’ve had a completely negative experience from the moment I checked in until two weeks past my check-in. Initially, my reservation didn’t show up in the system, so I was prompted to book two reservations for the same room. I was assured that I would receive a refund for my initial reservation, but that hasn’t happened yet. I’ve reached out to the property multiple times, requesting a refund, but they haven’t responded at all.

I want my money back....

Liked: I liked the property BUT….I was charged twice for my room. My wife booked my room beforehand & I arrived around 2 a.m. & they couldn’t find me in the system ——even though I had confirmation #’s & emails from BOOKING. so they got my info again & said they’d find my info before morning. I slept 4 hours & got up for breakfast (which was good) & left the property. I GOT CHARGED TWICE FOR STAYING AT FAIRFIELD INN by MARRIOTT. ALSO , I’m at Bonvoy member & have been. I GAVE them my # FOR THAT AS WELL & they couldn’t find me in the system. Total incompetence in staff up front where it actually counts.
Disliked: They charged me twice on my debit card. They wouldn’t utilize my BONVOY/MARRIOTT membership…..

Great value for a clean,...

Liked: The rooms were very clean and well laid out even though a bit small. The bathroom had good lighting and a large counter. Provided soaps and shampoo smelled good. The breakfast was nice as well with make it yourself waffles and other simple offerings. Enough seating even when a bit busy. The pool was nice as well even though it was small. Our grandkids used it twice. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels.Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: When we arrived, it took 5+ minutes to come to the desk even though we used the phone between the entrance doors. It would have been nice to know that the person was alerted and coming to check us in.

We expected better comfort for...

Liked: Location. Pool. Breakfast. Modern. Clean
Disliked: The bed was the most uncomfortable I believe we have ever slept in. Ting pillows in a king bed. Sleeping on the tile floor in the lobby would have been better. I tried the sofa but it was so hard and narrow- kind of like a park bench. We were up all night. Back ache and leg cramp afterwards. No ventilation in bathroom.
