Comfortable but needs Maintenance!

Liked: The carpets and lobby were nice! The rooms we nice but a bit dated! Not bad though!
Disliked: You could tell they needed a good maintenance man! Lights were hanging outside under the carport and the pool may have been inside but was small but freezing! Was not heated like advertised but my husband liked it anyways lol. When sitting on the toilet you could see around the top rim of the sink and that it’s not been cleaned!! Hard to see from the standing position! The Continental breakfast was ok! The eggs all 3 days were awful! But had a few different options. Overall the breakfast was about a 4 on a scale out of 10! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Disliked: TVs didn’t work. The most uncomfortable mattress and pillows. Need to give credit to Riley, he was so helpful and did his best to make things right.

Room was clean just couldn’t...

Disliked: No hot water to shower. The beds were very uncomfortable and the air conditioner had a light of some type that in the dark it was like strobe lights on ceiling.

Overall disappointed in our stay....

Liked: Hotel was clean and parking was free.
Disliked: Carlos at check in and through out our visit was not personable and wasn't very helpful. All other staff members were good. On the 3rd day we had to go ask for our room to be serviced, Was advised they do this every other day. However, we were not on the list on the 3 day either. The indoor pool temperature was extremely chilly , non heated and not even enjoyable. The spa /Hot tube doesn't exsist.

Liked: The place was very clean. Carlos checked us in and went above standard to have us feel comfortable. He did all the things to make us feel at home. Thank you, Carlos!
Disliked: We did not swim and glad we didn't. The pool is very small and the water was cloudy.
