It was okay.

Liked: I liked the pool and spa area
Disliked: I didn’t like how the shower still had hair in it, it didn’t seem cleaned all the way. The lady who was at the front desk was really rude.

Liked: Location was perfect. Breakfast was great! Staff was So accommodating
Disliked: could have been Cleaner. Our Rooms bathroom wasn't clean and room vacuumed better. There was popcorn on the floor. :(

Good location. Do not book...

Liked: Location was perfect for visiting Gonzaga! Room was big, king bed was comfy and staff were very nice, quiet hotel.
Disliked: The couch sleeper is not useable. It is for only one little person and the springs poke out. We ended up not using it at all. They should be thrown away. Also room smelled old and musty - but the window opens so that helped a lot

Comfortable, Great location hotel

Liked: Clean. Great location, close drive to Whitworth University and Gonzaga and Riverfront downtown activities. Very courteous, friendly, professional front desk staff, including security. Updated modern room. Great complimentary breakfast... one of the better breakfast fare. No parking fee which I appreciate! Will return to this hotel when traveling to Spokane.
Disliked: Nothing
