Horrible. Staff were really nice...

Disliked: No hot water. Water was a tiny bit warm. My room was next to the elevator. I could hear it through the walls. I couldn’t sleep. My room was hot. This hotel was embarrassing.

Disliked: I wasn't able to get a room closer to the elevator which was really needed...

The facilities were fine and...

Liked: Breakfast was fair.
Disliked: I use a walker because I have two bad knees and asked to be put near the elevator, but I was put all the way to the end of the hall.

Disliked: Pool area was out order

Friendly Staff - Everything Else...

Liked: The staff was very kind and friendly. The location, despite ongoing renovations, was lovely as well.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was broken, there was grime in the shower and mildew on the bathroom light, the beds were very uncomfortable, and I was unable to upgrade the Internet at all. The staff would say they would have their IT team call my room to get it sorted but the call never came.

Liked: To be honest not much.
Disliked: Bathroom had mildew and nothing was done about it. Im expecting the corporate office does something about this situation.

Liked: Breakfast was decent except it wasn’t filled when things ran out.
Disliked: Pool was closed and we didn’t find out until arriving. I intentionally booked here because we wanted to swim in the pool.
