Liked: Very accommodating, staff is awesome!

Liked: Facilities were fine.
Disliked: Room across from us had 2 dogs left alone who barked continuously until owners returned hours later. Manager was excellent and helpful, but couldn’t stop the barking until owners returned.Many other guests also complained. I strongly support a policy of limiting pets only to certain floors. Again, not the manage’s fault, but I think the owners should have been kicked out.

Liked: The property was very clean. Beds are comfortable. Location was perfect. Staff recommended a place for dinner and it could not have been nicer

Great choice for a comfortable...

Liked: It was very quiet and peaceful. My room was easy to find and it was a simple in and out of the property.
Disliked: Everything was fine. I have no complaints.

Disappointed by the A/C which...

Liked: Some of the staff were nice. Coffee was good.
Disliked: The A/C in our room kept blowing out cold air. I could barely sleep at night (I slept on the soft bed near the A/C unit). The staff tried to fix it but it just didn't work. The lady working on Sunday told us that the hotel manager would call us on Monday -- the manager never did.
