Liked: I booked a king suite 2 months prior to my stay. When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed by Jared (assistant general manager) that I was getting an “upgrade” so we go to our room and it’s a standard double queen. Obviously not an upgrade. Upon going back to the front desk I am told there is no difference in price, which I questioned. He then says there’s only a $10 price difference which is still not accurate. Told me that I am not a ‘high enough’ rewards member to get the room I booked. Jared was extremely rude. Called corporate about it and they have yet to follow up regarding this issue. All around a terrible experience.

No sleep due to noises

Liked: Decent breakfast choices
Disliked: Too noisy between flooring, hot tub broken, door locks/handles were really loud when people came and went , no flavored coffee creamers

Nice and clean, but go...

Liked: Property was clean and staff was pleasant. Rooms were quite.
Disliked: Our only dislike was the free breakfast. It was the typical fare - make-your-own waffles, bread and muffins, eggs, sausage, cereals, coffee, milk and juices. But there were issues with everything. No batter for waffles, cold eggs, greasy sausage, expired milk, watery apple juice and a toaster that warmed but didn’t actually toast. We took two bites of sausage and went back to the room.

Liked: Clean, great location, QUIET, room comfortable. Staff extremely friendly!100% recommend.
Disliked: Con - shower made high pitched squealing noise the entire time anyone showered. Tried multiple ways to get it to stop. Not a deal breaker.
