Great breakfast, great staff, great...

Liked: One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Very friendly staff who were very helpful to accommodate our room request and get us additional comforters (not itchy blankets). Appreciated having fridge and microwave in room. Great location right next to downtown waterfront. Climate control and Wi-Fi both worked well.
Disliked: Elevator was broken. Card reader to enter parking garage was inconveniently placed. Mattress and pillows were softer than my preference which made it a little harder to get good sleep but was mostly fine.

Liked: We've stayed here before, and also cheaper places. In the future, I'm always going to book this hotel. It's in a great location, had underground parking, the room is spotless, the beds cozy, the staff friendly, the breakfast fabulous, and I like that they have "containers of soap, shampoo, and conditioner on the shower wall, instead of having to open an itty-bitty bottle of shampoo.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like. It was a relief to arrive at the property after a slightly stressful Thanksgiving and visit with family.

Liked: The hotel was very clean and centrally located.
Disliked: The parking garage was a bit of a challenge. It's just an awkward set up. But I did appreciate the fact that there was parking on site.
