Liked: OK 3 night stay. I did not like the fact that parking fees were extra……just raise the price of the rooms and advertise free parking! Breakfast was mediocre. Rooms were just OK. Microwave did not work properly.

Liked: We were charged $269 the first night and $149 the two nights following which was ridiculous for a single King room of this quality.For that amount of money for 3 nights we could have stayed in a much nicer hotel in the heart of Savannah. I complained to the nice front desk host and she adjusted the 2nd 2 nights so they were each $129 but she said I needed to email the manager (who never seemed to be there during our stay) and ask for a reduction in price for the first night. As instructed I emailed the manager and gave thorough information and still have not heard back. Why would booking.com charge us $269 for a single King room which was advertised for $149? A COMPLETE rip off and false advertising! When you make a reservation (with confirmation of paying after you arrive at the hotel) MAKE SURE YOU READ THE TOTAL CHARGE AND PRINT OUT THAT COPY for proof of what Booking.com shows you they will be charging in total, otherwise you'll be shocked at your final bill! With taxes/fees we paid about $621 for 3 nights at this hotel. Really overpriced for the quality.

Liked: This hotel was nice! Our room was very clean, the staff were all so kind, and the location was great for us because it was less than half a mile from my child’s neurologist appointment!
