Very good

Liked: Breakfast was good with a nice variety of food but the hotel was busy and by the time we got there just half an hour after it opened, the eggs and sausage were cold and the juice containers were empty.
Disliked: See above about breakfast. Also the pool was tiny and the hot tub was out of order.

Went to the Soo for...

Liked: Great central location close to major shopping & tourism area, several restaurants nearby. Amazing, friendly staff. Rooms are clean & comfortable.
Disliked: Complimentary breakfast scrambled eggs were a little runny. Rooms are a little dated furniture wise which doesn't bother me at all, but may be something other travelers look for.

i would stay at the...

Liked: was nicely welcomed - courteous and helpfulroom was clean - all amenities we needed was availablegreat location - easy access, our room was nice and quiet - did not hear trafficbreakfast was very good - met our expectations, check out was fast and easy -
Disliked: wifi was down when we arrived and would cut out randomly throughout our staywe booked our first night through Expedia (all good) then decided to stay an extra nightwe expected our room to get freshened up while we were away- bed made, towels replenished (if needed) etc etcafter our excursion in the Sault we came back to our room, just as we left it - not sure if this is common practice.?
