The staff were incredibly efficient.

Liked: Clean and friendly!
Disliked: We were on the Broadway Street side 2nd floor and you could hear every truck and motorcycle that went by. It was very noisy!

Liked: Front desk staff was very helpful! They remembered my name when I called twice during the day before my arrival. Extremely friendly. Rooms were cleanly quiet nice!

I had to clean the filthy room so I wouldnt look bad and threw my guest out because he had company

Liked: Im a caretaker for my mom who has multiple myoma and my stepdad who has the beginnings of dementia. He had a seizure Go to the hospital and look after him. When I came back to my room that I paid for my guest that Ive known for years had an individual in bed with him. The room was dirty smell like dirty food and body odor and I just wanted to unwind for one day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, that was very kind and thats what made my evening a little more comfortable since I had to change all the bedding because he had wet the bed. I spent the entire evening cleaning the room
Disliked: Thats hard to say its been a rough day
