Liked: The breakfast was good and plentiful. The location was lovely, near the beach and easy access to downtown Santa Cruz.
Disliked: There was work on the 3rd floor, so the noise of the workers and machinery was a little annoying, but there's not much you can do about that.

Liked: Room was a good size, bathroom was excellent, very clean
Disliked: Didn't get the upgrade I paid for (room with a balcony for morning coffee) still waiting to see if it gets adjusted, had a last minute guest so needed the fold out couch, bed not made and both sheets were fitted bottom sheets, blanket was very thin, bed located near the AC and guest was very uncomfortable.

Great place! Highly recommend.

Liked: This is a great facility. Very nice. Very clean. Great breakfast area and food options.
Disliked: The only complaint would be the hallway and floor-above noise. There weren’t any loud people there and yet we heard everything happening outside the door.
