Staff friendly and helpful

Liked: In a nice location.

Would stay again!

Liked: The room was great. The pool is big and great breakfast options!

The hotel exceeded my expectations....

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. Lots to choose from.
Disliked: The exercise room did not have any sanitizing wipes to wipe down machines. But I called the desk and they said they would contact housekeeping immediately. They did not come while I was there so wiped machine down with a wet towel and left.

Nice hotel. Good value for...

Liked: Gluten free food at breakfast. Pool was clean and not busy (has it to ourselves most of time). Very convenient for airport. Some takeaways and cafes very close to hotel. Had a gym
Disliked: Ran out of shower gel. Would have been nice if it had a bar on site. Would have been nice to have more non-cardio equipment in gym.

It served its purpose for...

Liked: Quick 5 minute ride to and from airport. Shuttle arrived quickly after I called and were ready right in time for the shuttle to airport.
Disliked: It was not very clean in the floor of the bathroom. No washcloths. I can’t remember if I requested a handicap room - the walk dragging our heavy suitcases was really too long for us. My husband does walk with a cane. The security guard stepped in to take our suitcases on the trolly when he saw us struggling to get down the carpeted hallway.
