Liked: Location was good. The facility was good. The breakfast was about as good as expected. Not great just adequate.
Disliked: alarm clocks in rooms had not been changed to standard time. Couldn't figure out how to reset the time.

Disliked: Carpet had a slight mildew smell.

Disliked: I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it impossible for me to sleep. I’m sensitive to smells, and I kept waking up all night, sneezing and unable to rest. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they were completely unhelpful and showed no concern about resolving the issue.I also tried reaching out to the manager, but there was no manager available at the time. When I finally got through to them, they gave me empty promises without actually doing anything to fix the situation. It’s been two days, and despite being told I’d be contacted and refunded, I’ve heard nothing from them. Crickets Crickets Very disappointed with how the situation was handled, or rather, ignored. I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on their lack of customer service and unwillingness to make things right.

Liked: This hotel is in a great location. It’s close to stores and the freeway. The breakfast is pretty standard but decent.
