Overall nice stay but the...

Liked: Hot water spigot didnt work so no hot water but stafd offered another room but with 3 little ones it was goung to be way to inconvenient to switch
Disliked: Make sure things are in working order before assigning room - perhaps housekeeping could do a check of working order

Horrible sewage smell in both...

Liked: Location was good
Disliked: We paid for two rooms and asked for them to be adjoining since we were traveling as a family of 5. We arrived very late on the 24th of Dec (midnight) and upon walking into the room there was an awful smell in the bathroom but we were exhausted from traveling and decided to close the door and try to get some rest. Both rooms had the smell and we reported it to the front desk. They came to address the smell and said they had fixed the problem. The problem was not resolved. We reported again the next day as it was so strong like sewage backup. On the 27th the moved one room which was a king to a queen queen on the same floor opposite end and left the other room as they said they didn’t have any other rooms available. Now we had a different type of room and we were not next door to the other room with our kids and one of the rooms STILL had a horrible smell. We were never offered to move the other room and never provided any type of compensation.
