Liked: Size of the room, bed was comfortable, breakfast had lots of variety.
Disliked: There was nothing wrong with our stay.

Liked: Crystal the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Entire staff was great.

Disliked: When you try to take a shower , the steam will set off the fire alarm

Liked: Breakfast area needs an upgrade. Looked old an worn.
Disliked: Elevator needed an upgrade. Floor planks were coming loose and some were screwed down and looked unprofessional.

Liked: i had an excellent stay at Fairfield. The problem i faced which is for the first time is that our room was not cleaned. other than that me and my partner have stayed here before and this hotel is one of our favorite places in San Antonio.
Disliked: our room was not cleaned for the entire three days we stayed.

Excellent! No complaints, great price.

Liked: Everything was tip top.
Disliked: Nothing. Just keep up the great work.
