Overall, I enjoyed staying at...
Liked: I liked the cleanliness, hospitality, and the location a very much. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. We loved our room and the comfort it offered.
Disliked: There could have been a chicken option in the breakfast as well for the people who don’t prefer bacon and pork.

Water issue made they stay...
Liked: The breakfast was good. The fresh fruit ran out quickly and wasn’t replenished. The location was excellent as to the other areasthat I had interest in visiting. The rooms where very cozy and beds where very comfortable.
Disliked: I was only to see one person attending to breakfast area. You could tell that she was trying her best to replenish the items, but suggest a 2nd person to help out. The fresh fruit finished quickly and not replenished. It was a little crowed once more people showed up at the food areas. Many be more space is needed. This was manageable. On the night of my check in, that there was less then warm water in both sink and shower even with hot levels opened fully after about minutes and still same. In fact, now it’s colder. We called the front desk and the front desk staff changed us from room 208 to 215. Same issue in room 215. The front desk staff had asked us to call her back if get hot water or not. We called and will report it. My daughter took a bath as she needed it, but roughed it out in cool water. At that time, I was thinking to wait and see if the hotel boiler kicks in with some hot water. Two hours later, no hot water, but I really needed to take a bath so I can sleep comfortable. It was not even warm, it was cold, but I roughed it out. My wife said she would wait to bath till the morning. In the morning, no hot warm, but she needed to take a bath and roughed it out. I went to front desk to ask what was the hot water issue. In the front desk there where other hotel guests complaining about no hot water as well. Like them, I also added why was the issue not be made aware to a higher up person. The manager stated that they notified the owner of the hotel this morning and that the issue was with the water with the city. To me and the other guests we questioned why was this issue not addressed and taken care of since the previous night. There was no logical answer to this. We all know that the city supplies water but no hot water. We know hot water is generated by a boiler of each facility just like at people’s houses. The owner should have reacted with an action plan to solve the issue, but this did not happen. This was not expectable. No priorities noted.

Liked: Good location to places we needed to be at.
Disliked: Not as clean as other reviews mentioned. No lotion. Room was not cleaned but got moved to another room.
