Very good
Liked: front desk night staff very helpful. rooms nicely maintained. friendly morning staff.
Disliked: 1. need sign at front of hotel, not just front of driveway2. consider spruce up front desk appearance to give more welcoming feel 3. towel bar is crooked (rm 404)4. no recycling - too much disposables

Disliked: I got a text saying my card didn’t go through, so I called the number and spoke to the reservation department and told him that I had a debit card to update because the one on file had gotten stolen. The reservation department said Everything should be good. I could just pay arriving at the hotel, arriving at the hotel, I was advised that my room had been canceled and they had no available rooms that night. I was literally looking for a hotel room for two hours with my grandson that has autism. The front office clerk did not even apologize or even knowledge if they could help me on something.

Great place to catch a...
Liked: The staff was excellent and friendly but they are seriously overworked, the poor front desk lady had a 22hr shift..even so still did her job w a smile
Disliked: The parking use to be free, and I thought that was a nice perk of staying there, the fee is minimal but I would have liked to been informed of change when I booked..I miss the shuttle, tried to call for an Uber upon return but phone wasn't answered, so I paid on my own. Due to understaffed I'm sure
