Our stay was great. Except...

Liked: Location. Very clean
Disliked: Fee for parking. We were never told at check-in about it.

Liked: It was right across from the stadium and we were visiting to attend San Angelo States football game
Disliked: None

Overall very happy with facilities...

Liked: Very clean with an excellent staff.
Disliked: My room was dark with limited lighting

Disliked: The water was brownish in color - ran a bath and that’s how we noticed it - not good Beds were too hard

Disliked: The check in process. website actual price was different all these extra fees they put a hold on our card for ac$174.00 ,a parking fee wasn't much parking we drove up after wedding we attended and a big enterprise truck was parked taking up 6 parking spots on the side of hotel. Breakfast was great am awaiting my charges to be put on my card

Liked: The lady in the breakfast area was on Wednesday morning was EXCELLENT. The man on Thursday not so much.

Liked: breakfast was good. room was clean. air conditioner was good. the staff gave me no access issues with my service dog.
Disliked: bed was a little hard for me. the area of grass I used for my service dogs restroom breaks had a lot of stickers.
