Liked: This is a very welcoming hotel with friendly staff. The room we had was massive! It was clean. There is EV parking which was important to us. The breakfast was better than expected. There are some nice, quiet seating areas in the lobby which were perfect for family catch up! The staff were helpful.
Disliked: Odd that it was not designed to maximize the lake views. It can also be noisy overnight with the transport trucks roaring down the nearby highway. The price you pay for being close to the highway is the noise of being close to the highway. Pro tip for the noise - take the AC off automatic and put the fan on low to provide consistent white noise all night. Also ask for a quiet room.It would be nice to have a very soft/dim nightlight in the bathroom.
