Nice staff; clean inside; everything well kept. Was a great place to stay - stayed there for a concert that night and had no problems at all.

Going to be nice when...
Liked: Friendly staff, fine breakfast, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Construction is going on, and that makes some dirt and mess. Our room was a little dirty, also.

Liked: The staff at check-in and at breakfast was friendly and helpful. We liked the location and was close to restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: The pool looks to be under some type of construction we were able to use it but there was building materials in the pool area making it a bit cluttered and was a bit dangerous for bare feet

Liked: Breakfast bar had really great options.
Disliked: m a travel healthcare worker. I work third shift. I booked my stay at the hotel with the intention of being able to sleep after work. I was not made aware the hotel was in the middle of renovations until after I was checked in and settled into my room. It is impossible to sleep with all that noise. Furthermore, the construction staff were extremely loud and obnoxious blaring music the entire time. The TV in my room didn't work. The gym fitness center was unavailable. The pool room looks like it should be condemned. The price I paid was completely inappropriate for the conditions available. If the hotel was unable to provide the promised amenities then the guests deserve to be made aware PRIOR to their stay. Especially since the rate was non-refundable. I'm extremely disappointed.
