Nice staff; clean inside; everything well kept. Was a great place to stay - stayed there for a concert that night and had no problems at all.

It truly sucked I will...

Liked: The breakfast area was the only clean part of the hotel.
Disliked: The room we stayed in had holes in the wall!! The carpet in the elevator and the hallways were filthy it looked like no one has ever cleaned it was stained and gross everywhere!!

Great location in Saginaw with...

Liked: Breakfast and selection of breakfast items available was fantastic. Staff routinely checked the breakfast bar for availability of items and general cleanliness.
Disliked: Room had faint odor of cigarette. Due to current remodel work being done, the main arrival entrance was too dark. Perhaps pop in temporary lighting to make it feel more welcoming - let alone indicate the hotel is open.

Disliked: Long uphill walk from the parking lot.

Disliked: Construction made parking difficult, only one ice machine in entire complex and it was out of order, tv service was lousy
