Liked: I got there and showed my reservations and payment confirmation to the clerk and was told they didn't have the reservations and that I would have to call booking .com....neither the clerk or I could find a # to call so I had to finish the drive at 1:30 in the morning which was almost a 2 hour drive...it realy sucked...this will be my last bad experience with booking.com.

Always worth it

Liked: I always stay here when I come up to visit family. It's close to all kinds of foods and amenities. You don't have to go far if you need anything you forgot. They also serve hot coffee ALL day in the lobby. The staff has always been extremely nice. We had teens next door to us and they handled the noise issue right away.
Disliked: I'm just spoiled and like thousands of pillows. But I'll survive with 2.

Look elsewhere for a comfortable...

Liked: it was located in a good area had a comfortable bed and pillows.
Disliked: The people above me must’ve had a lot of kids running constantly throughout the night. Could hear them so so loudly. There’s no insulation in these walls obviously. I called the staff who did nothing. Was very hard to sleep with running and stomping all night long above us. for the price that they charge, this should’ve been a lot nicer accommodations.
