Unexpectedly perfect
Liked: This property is close to the airport, very clean, and very secure . Probably more than I expected . There’s a Black Bear diner right across the street, a Burger King if you like that, even a gas station and a truck stop if you prefer. They allowed an early check in which was more than appreciated because of early morning flights and allowed us to tailor housekeeping to our needs.
Disliked: It’s a little hard to find . In fact, I thought I booked the other one .

A semi nice stay but...
Liked: It was a comfortable room, with an update restroom.
Disliked: A lack of heat in the room. I was cold most of the night. Also, the indifference of the motel, front desk attendant to my concerns.

False advertising. Not the hotel...
Disliked: FALSE ADVERTISING. It's not the hotel pictured. They don't even have automated wake up calls. Don't stay here.

I won't return.
Liked: Shuttle rides to and from the airport, as advertised.
Disliked: First off, Marriott needs to invest in all its hotels, including the bottom-of-the-barrel ones. Second, the staffers here seem completely inept, except for a young man named Eric. He appeared to need to keep training his colleagues on basic procedures. Without him there, they couldn't figure out how to give me a wake up call. This hotel is so antiquated, you have to call or go to the front desk to ask for a wake up call. They then write something down and input your call, supposedly. I was told it was taken care of. But the morning of my flight, I NEVER GOT A WAKEUP CALL. The whole purpose of an airport hotel is for convenience and timeliness in catching the plane. There's no excuse whatsoever for failure to understand such a basic and IMPERATIVE process, nor is there an excuse for Marriott's failure to upgrade this place's phone system (among other things) so we didn't need to rely on incompetent staffers in order to catch a flight on time. If Marriott continues to own this place, and its name remains on it, Marriott needs to step up and not neglect it as if its their ugly, unwanted step child. Give it some time, money, and attention.

Very good
Liked: Nice room
Disliked: Being charged for long term parking when I saw it in Booking.com as a place you could leave your car and fly without being charged. So we paid for the room $149 and and another $200 for parking!!! Really disappointed. Should have just parked at airport.
