Visited for Thanksgiving, and had...

Liked: Clean rooms and wonderful staff.
Disliked: I always champion for softer mattresses.

The stay was good but...

Liked: Everyone was helpful and very nice. Room was clean and well appointed.
Disliked: Hotel overbooked and two friends were unable to checkin on the expected arrival date. We elected to accommodate them in our room. The staff was very helpful and provided tons of bedding and towels to make it more comfortable for us but they shouldn’t have overbooked the hotel in the first place. It was a bit annoying to find out after an 8 hour drive starting at 4am. Also the fire alarm went off two nights in a row waking everyone up at 1AM and 3AM - also unfortunate bc our days were starting very early through the stay.

Good stay. Pleased with accommodations....

Liked: Breakfast was good for the most part. Parking felt safe and accessible. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean
Disliked: Breakfast should b earlier like at 6am on weekdays and 630 on weekends. Woulda been nice to have some bacon! Maybe some pancakes one day. Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night during my stay on 2 different nights.
