Liked: Close to the event we attended
Disliked: Booked a king size bed 2 months in advance. Upon checking in, was told we got a room with 2 queen beds due to “a stay over”, never offered a room that was available after calling hotel directly to see myself nor offered a discount for the change. Breakfast was pathetic.

Liked: The hotel was clean and had great service, great in and out from highway
Disliked: Even though it was convenient to access the highway, the highway was the problem. Ask for rooms in the back of the hotel. Road noise was horrible.

Liked: Nothing, never stayed.
Disliked: As soon as I walked in, the lady at the desk asked for my driver’s license and seen I was local. She immediately told me I was not allowed to stay because I had a local address and turned me away. I asked about my money I paid for the room and she told me I would have to go through whoever I used which was a third party and they would refund me. I still have not got my refund and do not appreciate how rude the lady was. I’m very disappointed. I was going through a lot that day, house flooded and I just got off work an hour away and wanted a hot shower and bed since I could not stay at my home that night due to men working trying to fix everything.

Would gladly stay there again.

Liked: Too late for breakfast but employee offered to find us something which we thought was very nice. Parking lot was well lit and we considered it safe.Nice people at front desk.
