We reserved for one night and due to weather, decided to extend and add another night before our actual reservation. We called a couple hours before we expected to be there and they helped and were so nice about it. Even helped with cab info to take us to Monster Jam. Very nice staff and nice rooms.

Liked: Comfortable bed, amazing breakfast
Disliked: Had a fridge in room but no microwave which was a bit inconvenient. Room was smaller than expected and the pool was not what expected (very small) and couldn’t stay in there long due to the overwhelming chlorine fumes.

Great Rockford hotel

Liked: All aspects of our stay were lovely. The staff were pleasant, the facilities in great shape, and clean. The breakfast was terrific.

Liked: Good breakfast. Hotel was very clean and room welcoming. Staff were funny and helpful. Hot tub and swimming pool were super clean and although old, well maintained.
Disliked: With so many pillows to choose from, please supply one thin one for those of us that hate thick pillows.
